The Concept of CLC




NRC-NFE has developed a concept of CLC as a local level educational institute set up, managed and operated by the community people for the community people. It is a multipurpose organization looking after the educational need of children, youth and adults combined with income generating programs, health program, environment program, information/ resource center, awareness raising, community development, women empowerment activities etc. It will prepare plan/ program based on local needs and implement them mobilizing local resources.
