Curriculum Development

The NRC-NFE had helped the government in preparation of National Non-Formal Education Curriculum for the first time in Nepal. Before that Nepal had no Curriculum for Non-Formal Education. Accordingly, the Government of Nepal used its own text books for level one and NRC-NFE has developed a text book for the Government for literacy level two. Nowadays, NRC-NFE is helping the Government for the revision of NFE curriculum and development of teaching learning package.

NRC-NFE has developed supportive materials for literacy and non-formal education. It has developed different type of materials for different target groups. Such as CLC Promotional Materials, Training and Resource Materials for CLC Personnel, Guidebooks and Handbooks, Literacy Materials for Level I and II, Informative Supplementary Materials, Community need based materials
